How we
work.

First, we agree scale and guarantees. After payment, we prepare the system, launch several hypotheses and manage the campaign through to booked meetings.

01

Before launch: scope and contract

We choose duration, account count and format: your profiles or rentals. We forecast invitations sent and accepted, replies and meetings, and separately agree the meeting guarantee. Work starts after 100% upfront payment.

02

Product and audience

If outreach is already running, we meet the responsible team. For a new launch, we speak with the CEO or founder. We define products or services, target buyers and the offer.

03

Week one: preparation

We connect and set up accounts, build lists by hypothesis, write and approve messages, and configure automation, sequences and limits. Our team handles all preparation.

04

Around day eight: launch

We launch several hypotheses in parallel, track acceptance and reply rates, and compare conversation quality by segment.

05

Replies and meetings

Our SDRs work with prospects every day, handling replies, continuing conversations, qualifying needs and booking meetings. We coordinate available times with your team.

06

Optimisation and reporting

We shift accounts to better-performing hypotheses. We meet with you every two weeks and report monthly on acceptance and reply rates, meeting volume and quality, and hypothesis results.

07

Pilot review and continuation

After three months, we review overall analytics and sales team feedback. We agree future scale and an extension of six months, a year or another period.

You bring the product, approvals and sales expertise.

Your LinkedIn outreach lead or CEO/founder joins at the start. We agree the product, audience and messages. We review results every two weeks; your sales team attends the booked meetings.

When outreach makes sense

We will assess economics and team readiness before launch.

A good starting point

  • You sell a B2B product or service and can describe target companies and buyer roles.
  • Your acceptable CAC is at least $500 per acquired customer. This is a channel assessment guideline, not a promised acquisition cost.
  • Someone on your team can run meetings, prepare proposals and manage deals.
  • You are ready to test hypotheses and account for the sales cycle.

Address the foundations first

If it is unclear who buys your product and why, we will start with the audience and offer. If your acceptable CAC is below $500 or you need an immediate flow of sales, we will first assess other acquisition options.

CAC is the total cost of acquiring one new paying customer. It differs from the cost of a contact, lead or booked meeting.

Questions
before launch.

How long does a project run?

The standard pilot is three months. Monthly engagements and longer projects can be discussed separately.

When does outreach start?

The first week after payment usually covers accounts, audiences, messages and automation. Launch is typically around day eight. Timelines are agreed for each project.

Can you use our accounts?

Yes. Before signing, we choose your own accounts or rentals and agree the number of connected profiles.

What do you guarantee?

We agree meeting numbers and qualification criteria in the contract. Invitation and reply forecasts are calculated separately. Booked and held meetings are measured separately.

What does our team need to do?

Attend the kickoff, approve audiences and messages, join a call every two weeks and attend the booked sales meetings.

How do you use AI?

AI helps research companies, draft messages and analyse data. Our team checks the output, and SDRs handle conversations with interested prospects.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on profiles, markets and campaign volume. On the introductory call, we define scale, then specify scope, success criteria and price in the proposal.
