Lead generation and infrastructure audit.

We identify where replies and meetings are lost: targeting, messaging, email delivery, SDR work or CRM. You receive a detailed review and a sequenced one-month improvement plan.

In 30 minutes with Kirill, discuss your setup and metrics and agree scope. The audit itself is a separate working session lasting roughly 2–3 hours.

What you receive

  • A detailed consultation: allow 2–3 hours
  • Review of LinkedIn, email, SDRs, CRM and AI within the agreed scope
  • Recommendations explained during the session
  • Written summary: issues, solutions and improvements
  • A sequenced one-month implementation plan

How we
work.

Two separate stages: a short introduction to agree the task, followed by a detailed working session with your team.

01

Introduction and audit scope

On the first 30-minute call, we discuss goals and current metrics, define whether to review a channel, SDRs, CRM or the whole system, and agree scope and price.

02

Bringing the right team together

After prepayment, we schedule the working session with the audit sponsor, lead generation team and relevant sales and marketing colleagues.

03

Reviewing the system together

We check audiences, offers, messaging, profile setup, email infrastructure and deliverability, SDR replies and objection handling, CRM data flows, integrations and AI usage.

04

Recommendations and implementation plan

Kirill explains what to improve and how during the call. Afterwards, you receive a written summary and one-month plan specifying changes and their order.
